Glioblastoma: Current Status, Emerging Targets, and Recent Advances

I am picking this paper as a personal choice. A friend, Peter recently died from a brain tumour, and took his disease, and treatment with amazing stoicism. We thought for a couple of month he was in the clear, but the tumours returned and non of the drugs had any effect. You know this story. Peter was a scientist, and was honoured by The Queen with an MBE for services to Flood Forecast Prediction and the Economy. More simple he was a really nice chap. In short we need to do better and crack this problem. The review itself is quite excellent and comprehensive.
